We keep all registration information private and confidential. We will not disclose it to any one.
When you do online coaching paid for by someone else we may tell them how you are going.

- If your employer has paid for you to undertake an online driving course then your employer has the right to request information about your participation in the course. Currently the only information that would be provided is the course code, whether or not you completed the course and the date on which you did so. But it is possible that in the future additional information could be provided to your employer. But we will not provide your employer with any personal information about you beyond your participation in a coaching course.
- Information may be provided to a legal or statutory authority if requested as evidence to be submitted in a court of law or to an enforcement agency performing a lawful national security function.
Information provided by users is stored in an online database and in the back up copies of the database. The information is not stored anywhere else. Only authorised personnel have access to the information.
