People can feel quite threatened when you appear to challenge the way they have chosen to drive. You can easily end up arguing with them or telling them how they should drive. They will not learn from this. You will more likely strengthen the view they hold.
Only when a person learns the questions they need to ask of themselves can they learn. So your job is to help them ask the questions and be satisfied with the answers.
