Driver Safety Services delivers professional safety training rooted in real-world driving experience. Built by the team behind DrivePoint CDL Academy, our programs reflect the same standards used in professional driver development, with a focus on awareness, accountability, and practical decision-making on the road.

Alisha Smith is the founder of Driver Safety Services and the owner of DrivePoint CDL Academy, a professional driver training and testing provider based in Denver, Colorado. With years of experience in commercial driver education, third-party testing, and real-world safety training, she brings a practical, professional approach to driver development that goes far beyond basic instruction.
Her work has always centered around one goal: helping drivers understand responsibility behind the wheel before bad habits or preventable mistakes take hold. Through defensive driving coaching, vehicle inspection education, and fleet safety training, Alisha focuses on building awareness, confidence, and long-term risk reduction for every type of driver.
Known for her straightforward teaching style and commitment to real-world safety standards, she works with individuals, families, and organizations who want more than a checklist approach to driver education.
